Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to PromptFreebie. This policy explains how refunds work for our Creator (monthly) and Studio (lifetime) plans.

Creator Plan (Monthly Subscription)

• If you are charged in error, or you cancel within 48 hours of a new charge and have not copied or downloaded more than a small sample of premium prompts, you're eligible for a full refund.
• Refund requests made after 48 hours, or after substantial use of premium content during the billing period, are considered on a case-by-case basis rather than guaranteed.
• Cancelling your subscription stops future billing immediately but does not automatically refund the current period — you retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Studio Plan (Lifetime, One-Time Payment)

• Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or copied a significant portion of the premium library.
• After 7 days, or after substantial use of the library, Studio purchases are considered final.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp or submit a request through our Contact page with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method where possible:

• Card payments are refunded to the original card, typically within 5–10 business days.
• JazzCash / Easypaisa payments are refunded manually via the same channel within 3–5 business days after approval.
• Crypto (USDT) payments are refunded to the sending wallet address within 3–5 business days after approval, minus any unavoidable network transaction fees.

Non-Refundable Situations

We generally cannot offer a refund if: you have downloaded or copied a large portion of the premium library; the request is made well outside the windows above; or the subscription was shared or used in violation of our Terms of Service.
