Welcome to PromptFreebie ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of promptfreebie.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, browsing our prompt library, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

PromptFreebie provides a library of text prompts designed for use with third-party AI video and image generation tools (including but not limited to Seedance, Kling, and Veo). We offer both free prompts and paid subscription tiers ("Creator" and "Studio") that unlock additional premium prompts, storyboard references, and related content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Creator plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• The Studio plan is a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to premium content available at the time of purchase and added afterward, unless otherwise stated.
• Payments may be made via supported methods including card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or cryptocurrency (USDT). Prices displayed in PKR and INR are approximate conversions and may vary slightly with exchange rates.
• You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (see our Refund Policy).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our prompt library in bulk or as a competing product; (b) use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others; (c) attempt to circumvent our premium content paywall through unauthorized means; or (d) misuse the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

5. Intellectual Property

The prompts, storyboard images, branding, and site design on PromptFreebie are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use our prompts to generate your own video or image content — it does not transfer ownership of the prompts themselves.

6. Third-Party AI Tools

PromptFreebie is not affiliated with, and does not control, the third-party AI generation tools (such as Seedance, Kling, or Veo) that our prompts are designed to work with. We are not responsible for the output, availability, pricing, or terms of those third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all prompts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any specific prompt will produce a particular result, go viral, or perform in any specific way on any social platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptFreebie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
